We are experienced in servicing the Asia，European,India and Africa market .Please be aware of that our production lead times depend on specific items and item quantities. Our success has been based  on our understanding of the demands and nature of promotional and marketing deadlines. That's why  we always ensure that every order is delivered on time.

1. Are samples available?
Answer: We are happy to provide free samples to you after you accept our quotation  and really want to cooperate with us .

2. What is your company normal payment terms?
Answer: Usually we accept T/T, 30% T/T prepaid before production, 70% T/T payment  after you see the copy of B/L. If you are one real buyer, we also can accept L/C at sight.                                                                

3.What are your company normal export terms?
Answer: We normal export with CIF and FOB trade terms.

4.How many days it will take you to produce mass production for us?
Answer: Usually it takes about 15 days, it also depends on the quantity and production seasons.
