Gymnema is a woody climbing shrub native to India and Africa. The leaves are used to make medicine. Gymnema has a long history of use in India’s Ayurvedic medicine. The Hindi name, gurmar, means "destroyer of sugar."
Today, gymnema is used for diabetes, metabolic syndrome, weight loss, and cough. It is also used for malaria and as a snake bite antidote, digestive stimulant, laxative,appetite suppressant, and diuretic.
Gymnema contains substances that decrease the absorption of sugar from the intestine. Gymnema may also increase the amount of insulin in the body and increase the growth of cells in the pancreas, which is the place in the body whereinsulin is made.
How we procure-
We hvae our own aquired forest area for Gymenma where we collect fresh leaf by tribals and get them dry into shades. after 3-5 days of shade dry we clean the woody material form the dried leaves. Some customers need some percentages of stems into it as per their requrements.
Packaging- packaging can be under as per buyers requremets. we do provide Belling press cubes to reduce the space requirement while transportation. All other common packin done ito PP bags of 20,30 kg pp bags.
