Ribbon mixer→ Extruder→Cooling water channel→ Tractor→ Cutter

 

Mainly used to produce Hotmelt Glue Stick,Hotmelt Glue Granule,Hot melt glue flat etc.

 

 

 

The unit is for the production of a variety of hot melt glue stick, using extrusion method.The extruder screw is specially designed to achieve plasticizing and mixing effects.It is automatic cutting.The producting speed is controled by Frequency.There are four parts:extruder,sink,electric tractor and cutting machine. this is the whole working process ;

 

Glue stick equipment, this unit applicable to the production of glue stick, using extrusion method, unusing the reaction kettle, the extruder special design, reached plasticizing, mixing effect, automatic cutting, frequency control, product brightness.

 

The hot melt adhesive bar line
