Instruction:

This machine can be widely used for the grind and make of various foodstuff products such as pepper sauce, peanut butter, sesame paste,hazelnut sauce and wet spices such as soybean paste, etc.

Working principle:

Through the high speed relative motion between rotor and stator, the processed material under the selfweight, pressure and centrifugal force, through the strong shear force, friction, collision force, high frequency, vibration, the material is effectively dispersed, crushed, emulsified, and mixed, then can get the ideal product. It has superior grinding, dispersing, emulsifying and mixing functions. It is composed by stainless steel except for base. It can make sure sanitary in production.

Installation

YuanDa provides you with the overall installation of complicated machines, or customized equipment, or complete production line. After installation, we will make inspection of the whole machine, operate equipment, and provide you with testing reports of installation.
