Q1:what is your regular practice about terms of payment?

A1: TT: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance paid against shipping docs. For small 

amount, say less than USD1000, full payment in advance to save bank fee.

Q2:How long is the quotation valid for?

A2: normally 30 days.

Q3:How the product pricing and how to consult prices?

A3:We pricing the products according to the customers' choice on materials, printing, quantity 

and other process flow and so on. And you can inquiry by TM, skype or send e-mail to us.

Q4If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?

A4:If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will be responsible for it and provide 

a replacement service.

Q5:Could you provide samples for test?

A5:Yes, we provide free samples for customers, but customer should bear the freight charges.

Q6:  What is your quality control procedure?

A6: 1. Our follow-up department asks our factories to send us samples or photos at every step. 

     2. Our QC people frequently visited our factories to inspect goods.
