 1. Is this the real natural fresh rose ?
Yes. Our preserved flower is made from natural superior fresh flowers, processing by particular technology. Preserved flower not only keep the softness and morphology as fresh flower, but maintain its fadeless appearance for 2– 3 years by usual.

2: How do you preserved the rose ?
A series of complex machining processes including the dehydration, bleaching, drying, and dyeing. We have a strict quality control from the fresh roses picking up to dyeing and drying ,very steps have the QC to check the quality .

3: How do you control the quality for us ?
Firstly , every preserved roses we shipped is the grade A rose .
Secondly , we will check every boxes preserved roses one by one and then pack .This is the company shipping rule ,and we have the clear instruction for the checking.
Thirdly,we offer the after sale service for you ,if there is any preserved roses without good condition , then we will take the responsibilities for that , and the one who send you the preserve fresh roses , need to take this responsibility .

4: Can we order some samples before placing the preserved fresh roses order ?
Yes , of course . We can accept the sample orders , but can not be less then 10boxes . As small quantity is so easy to get damaged while shipping .

1.With the advanced technique and means to keep the preserved flower fresh and without watering, placed in shady room is appropriate.
2.The preserved flower should avoid be putting in the place where is too wet or too dry.
3.The preserved flower do not need to undertake photosynthesis and should avoid direct sunlight.
4. Gently brushing away the dust on the preserved flowers with soft dry brush, or using a hair dryer with cool breeze.
5.Watering or touching with hand frequently should be avoid.
6.Please don’t touch, pull or squeeze the flower and its petal hard with your hand.
7.Please handle it carefully to avoid it fall off from above.
8. Don't put it upside down no matter what the circumstances.
9.It is normal phenomenon that the flowers have slight odor, which can be completely eliminated by opening the lip for a few days.
10. Avoid placing in strong air conditioning fan or strong air vents.
11.The flowers should not be contact with water, steam or water mist directly.
12.The flowers should not be placed under wet conditions, like in a bathroom.
13.It is feasible dehumidify for flower by putting a surplus of food desiccant.
14. Soft brush can be used to remove debris, such as dust power.
15.Debris such as dust power can be removed lightly by an air blower 20cm away from it.
