How to apply:
1. Apply base coat before use.  And wait for polish dry completely.
2. Shake the pen well with cap on to activate the painting colors.
3. Remove cap. Push pen tip on hard surface to dispense color.
4. Apply nail art design or French tip to nail. Allow to dry.
5. Seal nail with top coat when your design is complete.
