Yunnan Pu'er tea is a certain area of Yunnan Province large-leafed drying green Maocha as the raw material, after a fermentation processed into loose tea and pressed tea.
This pu-erh tea is composed of a select grade of pu-erh compressed into a small birds nest shape. Its inky brown infusion is rich and sweetly-flavored, with mineral earthiness and the characteristic musty aroma. Our mini tuo cha uses a higher grade of tea than most, resulting in a big body and smooth finish. It hails from Yunnan province, made from the selected tea trees there. Its flavor is mildly sweet. The infusion of this exquisite tea is light brown with a rose hue, yielding the earthy flavor and rich aroma. Each mini tuo cha is individually wrapped and perfect for a small teapot or can be broken apart to accommodate a single serving.
About 3-5 grams each. Each piece makes 1-5 cups of tea. These little compressed cakes are an easy way to make Pu Erh. Pressed into little moulds, they have the typical Pu Erh flavour that has become so popular in recent years. Ideal for individual servings. These little cakes are easy to take along and make a nice gift for special occasions.
1. Wash the tea pot with boiling water first,cleaning the pot .
2.Put the Tuo cha which you like into the tea pot .
3.Put boiling water into the tea pot ,washing and waking up the tea.
4.Wait for 2 minutes ,then pour out the tea,clean teacups.
5.Put boiling water into the tea pot again.
6.Cover ,wait for 5 secons.
7.Press the button on the tea pot ,let tea sink to the bottom of the pot .
8.Romove bladder of the pot .
9.Put tea into every cup, then enjoy together.
