1. What’s the MOQ

 Our normal MOQ is 50 pcs per style per color with 4 sizes. The order qty less than this qty will be taken as samples. The more you order, the price will be more competitive. 

2. How to know the price?
Please advise which items you like and the qty, send the photos of the products that you’re interested in or send the links. If you have more specify requirements, please send the inquiry to us. We will quote for you later. 

3. How to get a sample?

Please advise which kind of product you would like to get the sample or send the specify photo with details, and please pay the sample fee and freight, the sample fee will be returned when you have a order.

4. What files need to be sent to make samples and mass products?

Vectors file (AI file) are needed or high resolution pictures.

5. What if we get bad quality or non-satisfied products?

All of our products have free assurance to protect your quality and payment.

All customer complaints will be solved well and reply within 8 hours.

Packing: one piece in a opp bag,100 piece in a carton or as your requirement

Shipping:

A. Send by Express – Swift delivery (3-7 working days) 

Shipment:UPS,TNT,DHL,China Post,EMS,FedEx etc.

B. Send by Air: Arrive at destination Airport fast then need you to pick it up.

C. Ship by Sea: Low shipping cost and slow delivery (15-35 days depends).
