What is the freeze-dry method?
It is a method of preserving food by quickly freezing it to around -30℃, decompressing it,
sublimating its water content in a vacuum state, and completely drying it.

1. Preprocessing: Make the miso seasoning
2. Preliminary freezing: Place the items seasoned with the miso seasoning into a container and
freeze it (around -30℃) in the preliminary freezer

4. Postfreeze-drying: What was originally water content leaves a void, and when water is added,
water content is replenished returning the item to its pre-freeze dried state
5. Cooking method: Add hot water and wait 10 seconds for a hot miso soup
