Description:Lung Ching is also known as Dragon Well in Chinese . “Lung Ching”,is a Chinese green tea of a worldwide fame. It is well-known for green jade color, orchid-like smell, sparrow's tongue shape and mellow taste. Once steeped in boiling water,it will make a delicious drink with unique lingering scent.

Brewing Guide: The water used to steep this tea should be about 160-180°F or 70-80°C to prevent scalding the leaves. Use about 1 tablespoon (3 grams) of tea leaves for about every 5 ounces (150 ml) of water. A steeping time of about 3-5 minutes is recommended with more or less time depending on the desired concentration. This tea may be infused2-- 3 times.
