Metal Flow

Metal flow is the flow of connected metal particles in a line-like densification

due to pressure.

This metal flow runs ideally from the face to the neck without any breaks

on the S25C(carbon steel) material used for Kyoei Golf irons.

 

The outstanding feel of the hit and the non-flexibility are produced

by this ideal metal flow connection line.

 

For just the critical processes from iron rod to iron club, there are approximately

80 steps and a total of 40 people involved.

Passing each of these self-inspections is an enormous task in itself.

Thus, the "inspection department" authoritatively located at the top

is a major reason Kyoei Golf has been able to establish itself as a provider

of high quality and luxury goods.

 

Rule Conformity and Groove Measurements
In accordance with rule changes, Kyoei Golf Industry Co., Ltd. has introduced the "Opti-groove" (R&A endorsed instrument) as a measurement of groove regulation.As a result, all of our products can be shipped after measurement.
Additionally, retailers and customers can now inspect groove measurements

as they wish.
