Chicken Broth Seasoning is a kind of compound condiment with the flavor and fragrance of chicken, which is processed by blending and drying these raw materials such as the powder or extraction of chicken meat/bone, MSG, I+G, salt and others with the addition of flavoring, for example, spices or flavors.

 

Chicken Broth Seasoning is strictly in accordance with the industrial standard, SB/T 10371-2003. The main physiochemical index as following:

1, MSG > 35%

2, I + G > 1.1%

3, NaCl < 40%

4, Total-Nitrogen > 3%

When added in cooking, Chicken Broth Seasoning have less requirements on usable conditions than MSG. While it work in all the occasions MSG be used, our product may take a very good effect to increase fresh when be added by suitable amount into dishes, soups and pastas, especially appetizing with favorable taste and fragrance as cooking in Hotpots or soups.


Stock:Dissolve 20g (2 tablespoon) of  Chicken Broth Seasoning in 1 litre of boiling water.
