Portable Duct Rodder

Huaer is specialized in power cable equipments and construction tools. The fiberglass duct rodder produced by our factory has three types: portable duct rodder, wheeled duct rodder and traceable duct rodder.

Portable Duct Rodder

Mainly application: Used to guide through confined spaces such as wall cavities in the building, which is an ideal tools for electric wire laying.

The Rod:

The rod of portable duct rodder diameter is 4.5mm or 6mm and the length is from 20m to 150m. The rod is composed of fiber glass rod which was extruded by fiber glass and high strength resin at high temperature. This type of rod has high tensile strength and flexibility. It was covered by a high density polyethylene engineering plastic as its protect layer which make duct rodder cover sliding on surface, durable, corrosion resistant and has good insulation performance. Such perfect design has high safety aspects to use for electric wire laying applications because of its non conductivity of electricity and sets a major safety to site workers.
