1, Are these item waterproof? 

They are "water resistant" but they are not waterproof.If you submerge or soak the products, they might malfunction and the lighting mechanism may be permanently disabled. If you happen to soak the battery compartment, immediately remove the batteries ad allow the unit to dry completely. After drying, install new batteries, an usually the collar or leash will still function.

2, How to replace the battery ?

The batteries are easily replaceable. Just need a screw driver to open the battery box ; Our collars and leashes used one piece CR2032 battery.Which can be found at the major retail store in the battery isle.

3, Can I print my own brand on the collars ?

Yes, that is ok. Just send us your brand, and we will work out the artwork to get your confirmation before mass production.
