Q1:Are you a factory? Where are you located?
A: we are a integrated industry & trade enterprise. We are located in Yuyao city, Zhejiang Province.


Q2:When can I offer?
A: We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price pls call us or tell us in your email , so that we can reply you priority.



Q3:How do you charge the sample fees?
A: If you need a samples from our stock, we can provide to you for free, but you need to pay the freight charge. If you need samples with your own logo or if you need a special size, We will charge the sample making fee which is refundable when you place an order. Please contact our customer service for more details.




Q4:Can you do the designs for us ?
A: Yes, we have a professional team having much experience in designing and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas (the logo , text and how they need to be look like), we will draw the finished files for your confirmation.




Q5:Can you give me a discount?
A: Our policy is bigger quantity,cheaper price, so we will give you discount according to your order quantity.
