Usually how to do the maintenance work of the knife ?
a,when use knife cut food and meat ,should be Straight up and down , do not swing around.
b.when finished cutting food,or meat,use clean water to wash,then use dry towel to wipe the blade,handle,then put in the knife holder.
***use dry towel to wipe the knife,the blade should be out in body.
c.the knife set should be put in Ventilation place,not in the place of the acid-base erosion .
*****the blade is sharp,pls put the knife set in a place out of children reach.
