1)  All our “food-contact” products comply with FDA 21CFR177.1520 regulation, EN71:Part3 and EU’s 2002/72/EC directive.

 

 2)  All our products DO NOT contain any Substance of Very High Concerns (SVHCs) as specified in REACH directives and RoHS compliance.

 

 3) No plasticizers, while plasticizers can reduce product costs, these products generally contain phthalates which are Carcinogenic (causes cancer), and are in fact classified as SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern) under the new EU's REACH regulation. This substance is not allowed to be exported to EU under REACH regulations)regulations)

The OK compost certificate of our bags has been approved by the Certification Committee (Vincotte). We are the first Chinese Manufacturer who possess OK Compost Licence of finished goods items:"Bags for the collection of biodegradable refuse" and "Shopping Bags" in China.

Our biodegradable bags are fully composed of OK compost certified materials. The bags fulfil the requirements of the OK compost test program and therefore also fulfills the requirements of EN13432
