Our company’s history dates as far back as February 1977, when it was first established as a “two men show”. It began as a small 80 square meters factory.
Today, 38 years later, we are proud to present the same company as an entity with two factories across China, namely Dongguan and Jiangxi, Xingguo, which housed over 450 staff over 35,000 square meters of land.

LDPE (Low density polyethylene) - This is the oldest type of polyethylene, which is used for plastic bags. LDPE has good transparency and seal ability. It’s comment used for patch handle bags. Soft loop handle bags and die cut bags, disposable rain poncho, disposable shower cap, disposable gloves. In North Europe LDPE is still used for T shirt bags sometimes. We can extrude LDPE film with thickness between 12-200 micron.
HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)- HDPE is stronger than LDPE on stretching, but it tears easily. This material is highly suitable for T shirt bags and Die cut bags, soft loop handle bags, flat tape block bottom bag, rope carrier, disposable gloves. Also the thickness (50 -90 micron) is often used for fashion bags. Naturally HDPE is lusterless. The prices of HDPE and LDPE are very often changed on the market. We can extrude HDPE films with thickness between 8 – 350 micron.
Coextruded- we offer 3 layers plastic film for customer, who needs a special characteristic for their packaging. Common use is to make different film colors inside/outside, to increase durability, sealing properties, thermal stability and many other properties.
BOPP (Bi-axially oriented polypropylene) - BOPP is well-known material for food packaging. Snack, sugar, teas and many other foods are packed in BOPP films. It is super transparency, very high resistance on stretching, but it can breaks very easy. The BOPP by itself is not suitable for advertising bags. Usually we use 30 micron and 40 micron BOPP to make BOPP square bottom bags.
Compostable material - Compostable material is 100% biodegradable & compostable according to relevant standards comply with EN13432, ASTM D6400, D6868, and Australian Standard 4736-06. The natural color of the film is yellowish/creamy or translucent white, not recommend with special colors. It is suitable to produce disposable rain poncho, mulch film, retail carrier, mailing bags, laundry bags.
Masterbatch: 1-10% to make the film color become black, white, yellow, blue, orange, green, red….
We can offer environmentally friendly methods of manufacturing plastic bags, including a totally degradable plastic additive (TDPA) such as EPI into the polyethylene or by making the bags with Corn Starch.
EPI, D2W 2% to make the bags oxo-degradable / total degradable plastic technology (TDP) and destroyed easily in the environment. To find out more about this product please feel free to view the EPI website for more information on this product.
