Q1: What is your MOQ ? 
A1:Our MOQ is usually 100 pcs. Small q’ty accepted to support your business.

Q2:What is your delivery time?
A2:The time of delivery is 35-45 days after order and deposit confirmed.

Q3:What is the shipping port ?
A3:We ship the products from NINGBO or SHANGHAI port.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A4: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against the copy of shipment documents. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before delivery.

Q5. What is your sample policy?
A5: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
A6: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
