A: carbon steel, chrome vanadium and 40cr is our common material, and the carbon steel material is cheapter than the other two material.

A:Usually we offer the price for Shanghaior Ningbo for you, and wiht different material, the price will be

different for the same items.

 

3 Q:How about the packaging of this tool set?

A:color box or color sleeves or color card.

 

4 Q:What is the payment terms?

A:L/C or 30%deposit,balanced by copy of B/L .

 

5 Q:Do you have a MOQ?

A: usually the minimiun order for our items is 1000sets, but for the cabinets, it will be around 140sets. Kraftwelle brand products is 3000 USD of all

 

6 Q:Where is your main market?

A:most of our costmers are from Europe and Amercia, we're looking for clients from more areas in the world.

 

7 Q:Do you have any new products or can you open a new mold for me?

A:if pictures are provided, we can open a new mold for you if you can find the perfect tool kit.

 

8 Q:Do you have any certificates?

A:yes, we have got the certificates of "CE" ,"EMC", "ROHS"etc. 

 

9 Q:What about the delivery time?

A: OEM usually 40days, but for some smaller items, it will only takes like 30days.
