Q2: Do you have products in stock?
 
   A: No, all the products are produced according to different countries standard and customers requirements.
 

Q3: What’s the delivery time?
 
   A: Usually it takes 25-30 working days after customer confirms the order from MOQ to 40HQ container.  But  the exact delivery time might be different for different orders (some with special requirements) and different time (busy season and slack season) .

 
Q4: Do you have certificate?
 
   A: Yes, for basic series of welding and cutting products, we all make corresponding certificates for different areas.
 
Q5: How does your factory do regarding the quality control?
 
   A: Quality is priority, regarding welding&cutting products. Our factory has passed ISO 9001 with annual audit. Established a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process - raw materials, in process materials, validated or tested materials, finished goods, etc. Besides, we have  also developed a procedure which identifies the inspection and test status of all items at all  stages of the manufacturing process.100% inspection in assembly lines. All controls, inspections, equipment, fixtures, total production resources and skills are inspected to ensure they consistently achieve the required quality  levels 
 
Q6: What’s your warranty terms?
 
   A: We offer different warranty time to different products. Please contact us for detailed warranty terms. For quality problem, we always promise to send free accessories and send together with next order.
 
Q7: Will you deliver the right goods as ordered? How can I trust you?
 
   A:We are a member of Alibaba Trade Assurance which is a new service provided by Alibaba, safeguarding buyer's payment to suppliers to ensure suppliers fulfill their obligations regarding order delivery and product quality. If any different with the contact, customer can get refund from Alibaba.  

We can ship products by LCL or containers for less cost, with neither your own assigned shipping agent or our coperative forwarder.Please don’t forget that we are located in the deepest sea port in China-Ningbo Port, which means that we have the most convenient maritime transportation !
