The new product UTOT-FD series “double vertical ring-die pellet mill” is designed with unique appearance which has the better structure and stability. It is professional for raw material such as wood, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo and palm fiber etc.

Free control working time. The main function is dedusting and discharge steam.

4. Working components:

Ring-die and rollers materials are alloy steel with heat treatment. Hardness is more than 52. In this hardness can assure the pelleting quality and increase the hours of use. Working manner is from inside to outside press, centrifugal force and extrusion pressure together, and ring-die “vertical double-deck”structure, which means the more press rate, the more produced capacity, the special design makes the pellet machine increased the working life, at the same time saving the money for another size mould.
