7.Installation and adjustment
1) Installation:
1.1 Figure chosen according to the foundation installation site,according to the size of the foundation figure lay a concrete foundation,set aside the anchor stability hole,curing to dry
1.2 In all parts of the machine before fixed the installation,steel wire or string to align the parts molding machine certer
1.3 Reducer saw car parts such as host base level application level levelling,stability,by adjusting pad iron levels
1.4 Steady loading for each part is,after pouring the anchor bolt hole, curing dry(summer for a week,winter for 2 weeks),then compression anchor nut(or welding)
2) Adjustment
2.1 The machine after installation,idle running experiments,and then put the strip traction in the past,roller,uniform stress distribution and adjust the level and adjust the vertifical roll,make appropriate clamping
