F series is environmental protection type which design for export. The machine tool structure is T type same as copper wire cutting machine. Install environmental protection cover on the molybdenum wire running area, and install organic glass water tank on work table.
The important precision index. (with out wire guider!!):
1.Roughness: Ra≤1.0 um/30000 mm.
2.Accuracy of the machining: 0.005 mm.
3.Conformance deviation: 0.005 mm/30 pcs.
4.Longitudinal dimension deviation: 0.02/200 mm.
