The dissolved water, gas and particles would influence the transformer oil’s dieletric strength and reduce the electrical efficiency and lifetime of the transformer; our company develops and designs series ZYD high vacuum transformer oil purifier. ZYD adopts advanced double stage vacuum system, including vacuum pump and roots pump, which can rapidly and effectively remove water, trace water, gas. ZYD transformer oil purifier also equips high precision cartridge-type filters, which has large particle holding capacity and can provide one micron filtration. Besides, series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum filling for transformers and electric equipments.
Application
Series ZYD Double-stage transformer oil purifier can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil’s dielectric strength, effectively making sure electric equipments working safely and normally. Series ZYD oil purifier is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
Features
This ZYD two stage transformer oil purifier has advanced dehydrating and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in oil such as water, air and gas.
It can be widely used in oil filling for transformers and circuit breakers.
Precise filtration system, high-quality filter element, multi-stage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities in the oil.
