Cooking oil dehydration Application:

Cooking oil dehydration Working principle
Under vacuum and negative pressure state, the water can be vaporized in lower temperature. The higher vacuum state; the lower of water boiling point, the water is vaporized faster. Even under same temperature, water can be moved faster under higher vacuum state. Oil goes into heater, the Oil temperature goes up when heated. Then oil goes in to vacuum separator to become oil film by the film sprayer. In vacuum separator, water becomes vapor, and discharged by vacuum pump. After that, oil is transferred to out.
Cooking oil dehydration Main Spare Parts Introduction
1. Gas and water separator: the water in heated oil become vapor in vacuum tank, then the vapor become liquid water due the low temperature in Gas and water separator. The Gas and water separator not only reducing the temperature of vacuum pump, but also it can reduce the frequency of changing vacuum pump oil so that it can enlarge the lifetime of vacuum pump.
2. cooling liquid of Cooler of vacuum pump(note: water-cooling vacuum pump has such device, wind-cooling vacuum pump does not have such device): it is used to cool the vacuum pump body to protect the vacuum pump’s damage from high temperature.
3. Vacuum pump: exhaust the gas in vacuum tank.
4. Oil pump: transfer the oil which is exhausted the gas to outside.
