Ahchor changing device(Nylon cover pipe knife and NLB-2500 and NLB-500 model internal combustion bolt wrench) is the special device used to take out and replace the damaged nylon cover pipe installed in the whole track bed. It's a new developed and introduced device. It adpots cold taking out method, employing chop knife principle to chop the nylon cover pipe into groove frist, then employing the wrench to loosen the nylon cover pipe, and taking out the pipe.
