NZG-31 railway maintenance drilling tool
Its suitable for drilling rail. It has a compact structure. Its weight is the lightest in
domestic market now. Its clamp device has self-locking function. It possesses features
of correct borehole positioning and high drilling precision. It adopts hollow drilling bit
and can also adopts twist bit (diameter≤13.5) if necessary. It has auto-cooling water
supply function. Its an indispensable equipment in railway maintenance, rush-repairing
and overhauling operation.
Basic structure and working principle
Working principle: The engine supplies power, through the clutch gearing-down, to the
main shaft. The main shaft drives the drill rev. to do the drilling operation; at the same
time pull the feed handle, through the rack driving the main shaft feeding action, to
complete the hole drilling operation.

D. Maintenance
1.After operation, keep the machine clean. If don’t use the machine for a long time,
discharge the fuel and store it in the dry-ventilated room without corrosive air or fume.
2.Check the spot of the main shaft regularly, if there is any water drop flowing out, replace
the main shaft sealing ring.
3.As the bit is worn out, stop employing it to drill and replace the bit.
4. While fueling, stop the engine and move it away from any combustion source. After
fueling, cleanthe machine and wipe out the residual oil. Use unleaded petrol with octane
number 90# or higher one.
