Mould making
1. Choose the suitable pattern shop according to production tracking form.
2. The inspector will track the quality and duration of the pattern making process according to the production tracking form.
3. After inspection the inspector will send the test reports and photos to our customers.
4. After pattern approval we will make the first sample.
5. We will inspect the dimensions and material according to the drawings’ requirements, meanwhile we will send the relevant test reports and photos to our customers.
Raw welding
1. Production plan will be made according to the production tracking form.
2. During production process, we use advanced inspection equipments, to ensure internal quality of the product.
3. We will check the test bar and record relevant information to each bulk.
4. We will send the photos and test data of each step to customers and let them to know the status of their products.
Maching
1. We will produce the samples according to the confirmed casting process.
2. We will send the test reports and photos to our customers after checking.
3. We will train the relevant staff before producing according to the machining and inspection process.
4. We will do the production based on the production tracking table after the sample being approved.
5. The inspector should track the quality and time of the products during the producing. Any problems on quality and process must be feedback to our customers. Send the producing status and photos to the customers in time.
6. Do the finial inspections to the products and send the relevant data and finished products’ photos to the customers.
Packing and delivery
1. Determine the size & material of the box according to the shape & number of products.
2. Taking different anti-rust protection to products according the delivery time. Such as antirust, oil or according to customers’ requirements.
3. Taking measures to prevent fragile based on different products.
4. Putting dimensional reports, chemical & mechanical documents, test bar and photos into the packing box.
5. Sending the photos of whole packing process to customers.
6. Sending the feedback table to customers after delivery. Because we hope customers could give us reasonable suggestions, in order to improve the quality of our products gradually.
