Model GMS3000 Sulphur Tester:

 

1. High-temperature furnace adopts imported light-weight insulation materials, which has advantages of heating up quickly, energy-saving, nice appearance and good effect of heat preservation.

2. Adopting the devices imported from American for hardware integration to avoid the error of software integration, which makes the result precise and reliable.

3. Adopting an integrated structure, which integrate the cracking furnace, electrolytic cell, mixer, sample feeding motors, air purification systems and other components together.

4. Using coulometric titration to test, which has the better speed than Ai Shika weight integral method and Heat burning neutralization method, and makes accurate measurement.

5. The software uses three-dimensional dynamic graphic interface, easy to operation and automatic data calculation, save and print.

6. Using PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) temperature control algorithm, which control the temperature accurately and heating up quickly.

7. Using a new type piston pump with the advantages of small volume, low noise and long service life.

 

Model GMS4000 Automatic Sulphur Tester:

 

 

1. The normal features are same as GMS3000.

 

2. Highly automated, easy to operate: equipped with automatic continuous sample feeding device, can put 20 samples per time, and can continuous add sample at any time, which decreases the labor intensity.

 

3. Precise result and high speed: adopting 24-bit analog-to-digital converter imported from American for testing; no need correction and transition; Using double-layer burning tube, which makes the second burning to the sample to ensure the precise result.

 

4. Advanced temperature controlling technology: adopting imported light-weight insulation materials, which has advantages of heating up quickly, energy-saving, and good effect of heat preservation; intelligent adaptive fuzzy temperature control algorithm, which makes heating up faster and the control precision is up to ± 3℃, special can reach ± 1℃.

 

5. Intelligent self-diagnosis and self-protection design, make the performance of instrument stable, it can be used in different laboratories.

 

6. Standard serial port can be connected with balance, and automatically input the weight.
