Price: How can I get your price list ?

Simply send us your requirements by email to Olaf(at) and tell us the products items which you are interested in and we’ll reply you asap within 24 hours.

Sample: What is your sample term ?

We always accept customers samples order before bulk order. Samples time: 1-3 days

Samples charge: Customers pay at first, and the cost could be deducted from order amount.

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): What is the minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ is just 5000 units allows for greater flexibility in your ordering.

Payment Terms: How do we arrange the payment?

Western Union: Samples order only.

T/T: Telegraphic transfer (wire transfer), 30% deposit, balance against copy of B/L.

L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight: Order value amount more than US$20,000.

Shipment: What kind of shipment will you use?

By Ocean: We usually ship the products by vessel via our shipping agent. The loaded port is Ningbo or Shanghai.

By Airway: Normally, it’s for some small volumes orders but in urgent condition.

Shipping Insurance: How to arrange shipping insurance?

We can arrange shipping insurance for you in term of CIF.

OEM or Custom Order: Could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?

We welcome OEM or Custom Orders. What you need to do is to send us the Drawing of your style with requirements or your ideas and then we will design for you.

Placing order: How to place an order?

Email order details to us including items No., quantity, destination port, destination countries, consignee's information,notify party, etc.

We will issue the Proforma Invoice with details asap within 12 hours.
