Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are factory.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: After ensure the drawing ,the delivery time is 35 to 40 days

Q: Can I buy only one piece of rotational moulding product?

As for mould, it is OK and once mould made there is no MOQ.
If you decide to make a new mould in our factory, we can offer you one piece of free sample, but the freight is collected.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

We usually accept 50% T/T in advance for moulds. If your lead time is very urgent, you can also arrange 50%T/T for products. ( This can reduce the preparation time for material and products as we are making moulds.) The rest payment is paid before shipping.
