Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are a business group with mold manufacturing, injection molding, metal plate punching and assemble plant, we also have trading department to arrange export delivery.

Q2: Where is your company, how can I visit there?

A: Our company is in Suzhou city, it is next to Shanghai city, if you arrive in Shanghai or Hangzhou xiaoshan airport, we can pick you up there by car.

Q3: Whar is your loading port and delivery time?

A: Shanghai is one of the biggest port in China, so we can load in Shanghai; if you have any other requirements, we also can load at the other ports, such as Ningbo, Qingdao and Shenzhen.

   Delivery time normally is 15-45 days after receiving prepayment.

Q4: What is your payment terms?

A: We can accept the terms of T/T, D/P, D/A, Paypal, Western Union and Money Gram.

Q5: Can we use our logo or design?

A: We have our own designer, can design your logo on product for you or you can send your artwork.
