1) When will I receive the proposed pricing information?

The proposed pricing will be quoted within 24 hours after your enquiry. Feel free to tell us if you want to receive our quotes as soon as possible by stating down clearly in your enquiry email or call.

2) Will I be given a sample model?

You can request for such services after the pricing confirmation. 

If you want a sample without your specified livery for inspecting our design and quality of printing, sample will be provided with an additional shipping charges for delivery.

If you want your customized logo sample model, price of custom design will be charged for the expense of the film. Shipping charges for delivery will also be charged to you.

3) What types of files do you need for printing?

We would need the editable file for AI, PDF, EPS, TIFF and JPEG. If you are still unsure about the file type, you are always welcome to ask us.

4) Can you design the logo livery for us?

Yes, of course. We have a professional and experienced livery design team that can help transform your livery onto our scale models. Simply send us your editable files of your company logo, text format and livery design. We will then draft you scale model layout for your confirmation. 

5) How long do I have to wait for the sample delivery?

Sample without specified livery will be ready for delivery in 7 to 10 days after we have received your sample payment and confirmed email. Then you will receive the sample in 3 to 5 days through express delivery. We welcome your own express account  or prepayment if you do not have an account. Sample will specified livery design will take approx. 3-4weeks after we received your sample payment.

6) How long do I have to wait for the lead time of mass production?

It varies with your order quantity, the season that you place the order and the lead-time on sample approval. Our standard mass production lead-time is 30-35days after sample approval. We would suggest you to start your enquiry two months before the date you would like to receive the products at your country.

7) What is your terms of delivery?

Our delivery terms are EXW or FOB. We are happy to work with your cargo team or logistic agents to organize the best delivery logistics.
