X 22 CrMoV 12-1, X 35 CrMo 17, X 30 WCrV 5-3, A286, CuSn 8, CuBe 2, Nimonic 90.

 

3.The Characteristic features:

1).Ball bearing disc spring & Slotted disc springs are specially designed as preloading spring for use with ridial ball bearings.

2).They help maintain positioning accuracy of the bearing with no end play.

3).They also minimize vibration and shaft deflection. Proper preloading will increase bearing rigidity and eliminate excessive running noise.

4).Axial preloading of bearing with these disc springs extends the bearing life and eliminates excessive running noise.

5).They are available in two different styles: ball bearing disc springs, slotted disc spring

 

4.Surface treatment: Phosphating, electrophoresis, oxidize Bluing, mechanical Zinc plating, Polish, original, white zinc, black, nickel, chrome
