Common abrasive materials include ceramic, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, and talc. Choose from very coarse to ultrafine abrasive grade, or corresponding grit, depending on material being worked and level of precision required. Flap wheels can be unmounted or have a straight or threaded spindle mount.
