This is the TOP QUALITY sashimi grade available - Fresher than Fresh because Fresh will take at

least 24 hours for for fishing vessel to land and for fish to be packed and reach airport to airfreight to you.

 

Usually, it takes 48 hours.

 

The Superfrozen Swordfish Belly is seafrozen onboard vessel to -60 deg Celcius while fish is freshly caught,

oftentimes still alive.

 

Molecular structure of the flesh is preserved as if it is freshly killed/still alive giving the freshest quality available.
