We- Hanil Science Industry Co., Ltd.- have been developing, producing and selling research-equipments of biotechnological field since establishment.

On the basis of the accumulation of technology for over 50 years and skillful human resources in research & development and producing , we are possessing as superior as global manufacturers in various technologies which are necessary to make superior biotechnological equipment such as; manufacturing motor, balancing technology, high-speed rotator design and processing technology, control technology of rotator velocity and rotator’s temperature, design of high-velocity spindle, etc…

Our diverse centrifuges and concentrators proved its higher quality through the acquisition of various domestic and foreign certificates such as; patent, CE, ISO9001, ISO13485 and KGMP, etc… As well as, we are striving

We are striving to develop new products applied cutting-edge technology through continuous research and development.

Moreover, we established new factory of Gangneung -Si, Gangwon-Province in July, 2010. It helps us to produce the mass production of standardized products annually over 100,000 pieces. The integration between centrifuges and additional fermenter business supplied double capacity in development, production and sales of biotechnology research equipment.

In addition, the recent entrance of the Korean Songdo bio-complex will give us another chance to become a bio-specialized enterprise performing biotechnological core research and development like bio-similar, stem cell incubator with our current business filed - the development, production and sales of experimental equipment.

Control Technique

Control technique of full digital processor “Micom” can maintain the precise RPM reproducibility of high speed rotation

High visibility based on the application of LCD character type display

Entire control part uses the high-speed MICOM of DSP series, realizes the full digitalization, the highly stable velocity control and the control of speed increase & decrease through controlling the ‘PID ' operation

Full digital control part is composed of 2 parts - ‘main controller' and ‘operator’. It applies a designed and developed one board inverter for only centrifuges.

Realization of highly reliable product through the adoption of IPM module used for only a variable frequency inverter, which detects and controls over-current, over-voltage and under-voltage

Motor

Motor driving system technology optimized for each rotation level

High Torque AC Induction motor without the brush will extend of life-span of the equipment and maintain lower noise and higher safety

Application of eco-friendly motor without carbon dust

Balance

Balance correction technique without 0.1g balance error of the rotor

Vacuum Technique

Vacuum and Sealing technology to eliminate the friction with air in the high-speed rotation

SAFETY

To ensure the safety of users, applies triple doors structure when the problem occurs in rotor’s rotation.

Safety Door-Lock function prevent opening in the middle of operation. (Certified by CE certificate and verified safety destruction test)

Lip-Drop protection device minimizes the hazard of users’ and sample by sudden door closing.

To minimize experimenters' danger of injury, maintain the angle of auto-open door in safe level.

To open door promptly when occurs sudden power failure and equipment defects, ‘Emergency Lid Open’ function is applied.

To protect users and rotor from various corrosive liquid using experiments, applies autoclave and corrosion-free rotor.

To ensure the safety of users from the electrical hazards, the fuse interrupt current when electric overload happens. In addition, entire equipment  is grounded.
