2)SURFACE TREATMENT :

step1: caid cleaning→ degreasing→ phosphating  step2: sandblasting or galvanizing step3: spray plastics: epoxy/polyester powder coatings

3) FINAL SURFACE TREATMENT :

Adopt epoxy/polyester powder coatings in the process of Electrostatic spray under  360 high temperature.
