Part Three: Quality Control
Quality characteristics: |
1.thickness tolerance = ±1mm; length and width=±1mm. Spots, splits, damages and chips are not accepted. |
2. Tiles size tolerance: length and width=±1,0mm. |
2.1 Thickness 15mm - tolerance = ± 1,5 mm. |
2.2 Thickness 20mm and more - tolerance = ± 2,0 mm. |
3. Angle between 2 contiguous edges is 90 deg. |
4. Dyeing or color enhances are not allowed to use. |
5. Polish degree for polish surface - 80 up. |
Package and loading requirements: |
1. Gross Weight of the following goods: tiles, steps, risers package should not exceed 1100kgs. Gross Weight of paving stones package should not exceed 1500 kgs. The buyer agreement should be obtained in case packing over those limits. |
2. Attached crate's sheme is inalienable part of this PI. The wooden crate to be produced according to scheme as per attached crate's sheme. |
3. Crate wood material should be good qulity, spunk is not accepted. |
4. Crate frame board thickness - at least 20mm. |
5. Crate bearing bars are should be at least 50*60mm in cut. Side bars to be located at the ends of crate. Central bar to be located at the center of the crate between two side bars. |
6. Crate frame must be knocked together tightly and fasterned with wide metal stripe (clip) in the lower and upper part of vertical edge corner as per attached crate's sheme. |
7. Diagonal purlin bars must be located on the crate as per draw attached crate's sheme. |
8. Nails should not be knocked close to the board edge to avoid chips and damages of the products. |
9. There are no manufacturer trade mark on the crate, “N/M” should to be written instead of your company name. |
10. Products to be wrapped with protecting film. |
11. At least 7 plastic/metal bands (2 inner + 5 outer) to be applied for each crate. Bands are to be tight and fastern the crate. Slack is not accepted. |
12. Tiles package and stowing requirements: |
12.1. Tiles must be stowed face to face each other in vertical position. |
