6) Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products. Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7) End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party inspection.
8) Clients make payment for balance and Responsy Ship the goods. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
9) Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .

Conventional export packing: Styrofoam + PO plastic bag + carton (KAA) packing. 2.Individually boxed: foam supported, all shelves and components into case, wrapped with stretch film, cardboard pallet included. 3.We use oversized boxes to eliminate any breakage due to shock and every part is additionally wrapped in bubble wrap or some other protective layer.
Shipping Term	Shipments for small volume products via DHL,TNT,UPS, or Fedex etc ,heavy weight and large size is sea transport, According to your request.
Delivery Time	About 20-30 work days.

You need to give us 2D/3D file or real sample to mold making.
Also we can create a 3D file for you, you need to provide the rough shape and size information.

Q7: What’s format file you need for customized design?

For mold: PDF, STP, IGS, DWG, CRD .
For printing: PSD, PDF, AI .

Q8: What’s information you need to have a quotation?

Your items’ height, diameter, weight, material, packaging details, LOGO printing file.

Q9: How long will you make a mold?

About 15 days for display mold.

Q10: How much for a sample making in OEM design?

We only charge for OEM design mold and sample making cost for first sample.
If you need printing, then we will charge the printing sample cost.
Sample time is 5days including printing.
