surface. Food brewed in it tastes rich and mellow, and food in it

does not decay when kept overnight, It long retains its full

flavor, for the base clay is odorless. The pot keeps food warm but

not hot for the hand, and it does not crack when heated on a stove

or when boiling water is poured in.
Now it has new function for induction cooker.Put the pot on the induction cooker,inside the pot there is one stainless steel thin slice(we can provide also) it can induce the heat. It's very convenient and good for food use.
