Sample Policy For Glass Pillars:

 

In order to let you know more about our products, we can supply you the sample before you place the mass order to us, our sample policy for the crystal glass pillars as follows:

1, our own design samples: one piece small sample charge will be free in charge as long as you pay the freight. 

2, customer own design, the sample charges will be according to the sample sizes and technique complex, in regular the sample charges will be 100USD ONE PIECE, not contain the freight. The sample charges can be refundable half when the order amount up to 1000USDs.

Payment Terms:

We only accept the following pament terms: T/T, WESTERN UNION and L/C

For new customer, we accept 50% deposit and the balance paid before shipment.

 

Shipping Terms For Crystal Glass Pillars: 

Express: DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc,.	Samples and small orders suggest choose this, and for urgent order, customer can think over use express to deliver the goods according to your budget.
By Air Cargo Shiping	Somewhere the Express charges too high, and the air freight is lower than Express freight, and the awards are urgently in need, on that case we suggest to choose air shipping.
By Sea Shipping	Delivery by Sea it will cost long time shipping time, this way suitable for large order and the item not very urgent.

Disputeresolution for Crystal Glass Pillars :

1, During production time, customer cancle the order, we will not return the deposit.

2, All of the logo, text word engraved or laserd must be approvaled by customer before production. We shall not be held responble if we done same as the samples after customer approval.

3, If there is any damage during the transportation, we will resend the same quantity products in free, but you need bear the freight.
