FAQ

1.Why we charge you three times samples fee?

Most of our products are customized according to customers' draft and detail requirement. They ask for making sample for confirm first. Therefore, we need to charge you three times sample fee fist. After you make a big order, we will refund two times sample fee to you.

2.Why our delivery time usually is20~30 working days?

This is the metal fabrication normal time. Because we haven't many products in stock.

3.Why most of our products are not in stock?

Most of our products are customized ,and we signed a non-disclosure agreement with our customers for the product. We can't sell the same product to other customers any more. Therefore, after delivery we just have several samples for display.
