Q1: what is your MOQ?

A1: Usually our MOQ is 2000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders checking quality of our products and know our service.

Q2: Could you offer free samples?

A2: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

Q3: How many days to delivery?

A3: 5- 10 days for small order, actual days subject to quantity.

Q4:Which kinds of certificate would you have?

A4: FDA, SGS, BPA, LFGB, etc.

Q5: What's your company payment terms?

A5: 30% in advance, 70% before shipment by TT
