a) Can I print the LOGO on this procust ——of course ,please provide with your LOGO artwork ,we provide with one color or two color LOGO .

d) Can I order a sample with my LOGO ——Yes ,sample with LOGO is available ,but we will charge 200RMB for one LOGO as the plate cost ,if you need a pre-production sample with LOGO ,we will provide for free .

e) Can I place an trial order with less qty ——Trial order is also welcomed ,when qty is less than our MOQ & Total amount is less than 3000USD ,there will be a 200USD handling cost .

f) Does it have a warranty?——usually we provide with twelve month warranty for our products .

g) how long time do you need for productions? ——usually we can ship the goods 35days after receipt of deposit ,for some items ,the delivery date can be earlier ,but when it comes into the sales season ,the delivery date will be longer ,please confirm  with us before placing the order .

h) Are you a factory or a dealer? Do you have a problem if our QC manager will visit your factory to check the product.——we are factory ,it is ok if  you ask your QC to check the product .

j) Are you a big factory? are you producing more than 50 different products that you can offer me to buy?——our factory is not bery big ,about 8000 square meter ,more than ten producing lines ,about 80 employee in our factory with sales office is in Hangzhou ,you can visit both our factory or hangzhou office ,we have sample room  in both place .
