We only use the highest quality man-made PE rattan, this kind of rattan is UV resistant and waterproof, and our rattan is through high temperature dyeing, the color has been integrated into the PE rattan, and the color never fade away, you can fix it by applying heat when it got scratched.

2) Cushion
Cushions is composed of three parts: first layer is waterproof fabric, second layer is nonwoven fabric, third layer is high-density sponge.
If your requirements are higher, now,you can specify requirements use waterproof fabric, and use high-density quick-drying sponge

3) Frame
Our products are constructed with 1.2,1.5and 1.8mm thickness tubes, to make sure its durability, all frames will be treated by powder coating.

We have many QC to control our quality, the first QC is about hardware, the second is PE rattan, and the last is about handicraft art.

1)before producing, all of QC will check the original material, especially hardware and PE rattan, and the process of controlling is very strict.

2)In the process of producing, every step will be check before next step

3)when all producing process has been finished, the QC coming from installation will check PE rattan, iron pipe, and handicraft art, if OK, this rattan daybed will be passed.

8) Usually,We do not need carefully maintenance for outdoor furniture, we don't need any cleaners and maintenance products, it can be simply wiped with a damp cloth. But Rattan furnitures are relatively fragile compared with home products because of its special material. So, please avoid the friction on surface of products by sharp objects. 
In Winter, we suggest you put these furnitures inside, coz the big difference of temperatures from day to night may cause some cracks. Or you can buy a big furniture cover to hide them (just like car cover).
