• Provide reference photos, 3d model or physical sample, qty, size, packing requests etc for cost check.

Step 2: Sample making

• Sample developing: customer provide artwork and requests for sample developing. We will send photos for customer reference and approval step by step.
• Counter sample: customer provide master and paint master for sample making and approval.

Step 3: Order confirm

• Customer send the PO

Step 4: Mass production

• Factory arrange for mass production as per the sample.

Step 5 Inspection

• Customer or third party inspection the goods.

Step 6: Shipping

• Arrange shipping according to customer’s instruction.

Step 7: Goods arrived at customer’s end

• Customer receive goods, check and feedback to us.

1. When can I get the quotation?

Within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are urgent to get the price, please call us or you can tell 

us in your email so that we’ll regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for the sample to check our product quality.

If you need the samples, we’ll charge for the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refundable after 

order confirmation when your quantity of the order is above the MOQ.

3. Can you do the design for us?

We have a professional design team with rich experience. So you just tell us your ideas and we’ll carry

 out your ideas to reality.

4. Can you produce the products as per our design?

Yes, our company is specialized in custom products. You just need provide us the product photo, the design

drawing and the product specification like the size and material, then we’ll produce the products for you.

5. How do you pack the products?

We usually use shockproof foam with carton box pack the goods. But we can also pack the products

 as per customer’s request.
