What you need to show us before quotation:

*Design drawing in 2D or 3D format or offer original samples; 

*The materials used for the production;

*Details of your order,such as quantity,packing,shipping terms,payment terms and other details.

Step 1:Prepare the plastic sheet,fix the mould and heat the machine to a rated temperature;

Step 2:put the plastic sheet above the mould,and heat it to make it soft;

Step 3:Mould will be come up to finalize the design by the vacuum thermoforming process;

Step 4:Pick up the sheet from the mould,cutting by CNC or hand;
